In the conversation with Zoom, addressing the increasing toxicity online, Neha also spoke about the rise in AI-driven misuse targeting women in the industry. “What happened recently with a couple of actresses — the way AI was misused — it’s alarming,” she said. While relieved that offenders are now being held accountable, she admitted she has grown more resilient over time. “It used to make me angry, but now I’m thick-skinned. C | 本次被告主体还包括原声专辑出版方中国数字文化集团、周边产品制作方科洛舍文化、唱片发行方北京子沐有声以及一家电商个体户。舆论普遍推测，此次诉讼起因是《陈情令》播出多年之后，出品方未经王一博许可，持续使用、恶意剪辑其拍摄花絮并进行商业售卖牟利，涉嫌严重侵犯王一博的肖像权与名誉权。天眼查App信息显示，新湃传媒集团有限公司成立于2015年4月，法定代表人王鑫，注册资本约8111.6万元人民币，经营范围涵盖影视策划、动漫设计、市场营销策划、公关活动策划等。
